Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all yarn labels and home decor tags remain attached.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your receipt until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
